Bahadir Yazici
Bahadir’s practice focuses on providing comprehensive corporate law counsel to multinational and national corporations in Turkey. He has extensive experience in international trade law, sanctions compliance, contract law, and distribution law. Bahadir has demonstrated his expertise by assisting clients across various industries, including regularly advising international chemical product manufacturers, machinery manufacturers, and textile exporters.
With a strong background in corporate law, Bahadir has skillfully guided numerous clients through complex legal matters as their outside corporate counsel. He has significant experience navigating the intricacies of Turkey’s business landscape, offering tailored solutions to meet his clients’ diverse needs.
Bahadir joined Yazici Law Firm in Bursa, Turkey’s international manufacturing hub, in 2019, where he continues to provide expert legal counsel to a wide range of clients. Additionally, he serves as a Contract Attorney for Istanbul-based CBA Legal, contributing his expertise in corporate law matters. Prior to joining Yazici, Bahadir honed his skills at various reputable law firms in Istanbul.
His educational background includes a BA from Istanbul Yeditepe University School of Law (2016) and an LLM in International Legal Studies with a specialization in International Business Law from American University Washington College of Law (2019).
